Baby Rhyme Time

Songs and rhymes for preschool children. Meet other mums and explore our books for little ones. Teynham Library. Tuesday from 10:00 until 10:30.

Friendly Faces

Friendly Faces of Kent Free coffee mornings, full of laughter, conversation, guest speakers, crafts, meditation and exercise. Also Book Club, Walk n Talk, Kindle loan Scheme and much more!


Knit and Natter

A friendly group for anyone wishing to meet new people and chat while working on their knitting or textile craft projects. Suitable for all levels of ability. Teynham Library. Monday from 14:00 until 16:00.

Teynham in Bloom

Teynham in Bloom is a totally independent volunteer led community group helping to keep our village bright, clean and green. Please join us if you're interested in flowering up the village. We are usually out in the village on task days at least twice a month. Check out our Facebook page for dates. Or contact Sioux Peto and we will add you to our Whats app chat group.

Youth Club

This is for young people at secondary school and meets on alternate Fridays at Lynsted Church. Activities include Table Tennis, Pool Table, Table Football, Tuck Shop.

  • 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month

  • Activities should be based within the Teynham Parish or within 3km of the parish.  
  • Clubs/groups should be free or low-value fees/subscriptions.
  • If working with under 18s you must have a safeguarding policy in place.
