Overview

Outline planning permission was granted in June 2021 under reference 16/507689/OUT for the development of land at Frognal Lane, Teynham for up to 300 dwellings; employment premises, sports ground and pavilion with public open space.

This application (23/505541/REM) relates to ‘material matters’ and covers the appearance, landscaping, layout and scale of the development at Frognal Place.

The planning process is managed by Swale Borough Council. 

Consultation Period

The consultation period will initially run for three weeks. We understand that the consultation letters will be published shortly. Teynham Parish Council have requested a 3-week extension to the consultation process.
