Teynham Community Hall reopened on Monday 7 October 2024 after the floor was replaced.
This project was made possible by the generous grant from the FCC Community Foundation.
The work was completed by Gransden Construction Ltd.
Photos below include work to remove the old floor, the new floor being laid and a community group trying the new floor.

We are preparing for the arrival of the builders next week. The main room in the community hall has been completely cleared.

The stage curtains and the small side curtains have been removed for safe keeping.

22 August 2024

Gransden Construction Ltd has been awarded the contract to replace the Community Hall floor. Work will take place from Monday, 9th September to Monday, 7th October. The hall will be closed during this period. We thank the FCC Community Foundation for their generous grant to enable this project. Regular updates will be published on our website and facebook page.
